RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Chérie, every corset is handmade, made-to-order, and created just for you. Because of the highly personalised and artistic nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

We do not accept returns due to:

 -  Change of mind

 -  Minor surface variations (as each piece is unique)

 -  Packaging damage (the corset inside matters most)

Each corset is sculpted to your size — exactly as you tell us. So make sure those measurements are on point, because we can’t take returns for fit issues.

 


 

What qualifies for a replacement?

 

We’ll only replace a product if it arrives physically damaged due to our fault — such as cracks, warping, or severe structural issues that affect wearability.

To process a replacement:

 -  You must record an uninterrupted unboxing video, from the moment the package is opened to the moment the corset is fully revealed. No cuts, pauses, or edits.

 -  You must reach out to us within 3 days of delivery with the video and clear images of the damage.
 

This video is essential for our internal quality checks and helps us understand where things went wrong.

If your claim is approved, we will issue a one-time replacement of the same product.
Refunds will not be provided under any circumstance.

Why we’re strict about this

 

Each Chérie corset is poured, sculpted, and cured by hand — no shortcuts, no mass production. This means:

 -  Every piece is slightly different by nature
 -  We cannot resell or reuse returned pieces
 -  Our process is intimate, slow, and custom — not factory-based
 

So when something goes wrong on our end, we’ll fix it with love. But we ask for your understanding and clarity in return.
